Favorite books I have used over the years

An excellent resource for counselors, parents, teachers.
I used this book for parent presentations, parenting groups, individual counseling and student organization groups.
This book is full of strategies to help the bright student who is struggling.
The main concept behind the book is that all skills can be learned. Like an athlete in training the coach determines which skills need working on and develops appropriate training plan, a teacher/counselor/parent can assess the student and formulate drills and strategies for improvement.

Used this series with 1st & 2nd graders.
